Access Your Account Information 24/7

You can access your account, view and download you current Electronic Bill (invoice), printout past Bills and view unbilled calls for the current month. We do not issue, post or handle paper Bills (invoices) in accordance with our Standard Form Agreement.

Invoices are prepared at least once a month. Each Invoice is created in Acrobat Reader PDF format and uploaded to your Customer Tool Box on or around the 2nd business day of the next month.

Please note: the presentation of an Electronic Invoice may be adversely affected by equipment,software or conditions beyond the control of MRD Telco.

Accessing Your Customer Toolbox

To access your account information, you will need your 10 digit Customer ID and login password which we have previously emailed to you.

If you have 10 digit Customer ID and login password and you wish to login to view your latest Invoice, make a payment, add a service, change your services destination etc, please to https://mrdtelco.com.au/portal/.

Lost Password

If you have lost or forgotten your password, go to https://mrdtelco.com.au/portal/ and click on Forgot Your Password.

Updating Your Customer Details

You can update your customer details, change passwpord, add another email address online through your Customer Tool Box

Changing your ABN

Your ABN is tied to your Customer ID and cannot be changed unless you give us certain legal documentation instructing us to transfer the Customer ID from one ABN to another ABN.

To transfer your Customer ID form your exiting ABN to anothert ABN please submit and Account/Billing Enquiry Ticket.
